Video
What if The movie won't play, Stalls, skips, or all I see is a white screen?
1. First, you need have Quicktime Player 7 or higher installed on your system to view the video clips. You can download Quicktime here. If you have and iPod or iTunes installed on your computer, you already have Quicktime installed as well. However, you will need at least Quicktime 7 to view the content on LucasKazan.com. After installation, click here to test your system to verify the installation was successful.
2. Playback problems can be due to several causes such as slow connections, a congested route from your computer to the sever or an increased demand on the web site.
Quicktime is designed to download the first part of the movie and begin playing while the rest of the clip is still downloading. If the movie skips, hiccups, or shows a white screen, there is not enough video downloaded to play the beginning of the movie smoothly.
If you do experience these problems, stop the movie using the "pause" button, wait a few moments and then try to replay the clip. Most problems viewing the Quicktime videos can be resolved in this way. Sometimes you may need to replay the movie from the beginning.
Quicktime is made by Apple, will it work on a PC?
Yes. Quicktime is industry standard software that works with almost all browsers on both Mac and PC system. LucasKazan.com was tested extensively on both Mac and PC.
I am on a dial up connection, will I still be able to watch the movies?
Yes. We offer movies in both small and large versions. Small versions are appropriate for dialup connections and the large are for broadband connections such as DSL or cable. If you are on a dial-up or other slow internet connection, please note that the movies may take a while to download because of the large size of video files.
Am I able to save the video clips onto my computer?
No. All content is copyright protected by law and may not be used without permission. Video files may only be viewed while logged in to the LucasKazan.com website.
Pictures & Slideshows
I can't see the slideshow
You need have Flash Player 7 or higher installed on your system to view the photo slideshow. You can download Flash Player here. After installation, click here to test your system to verify the installation was successful.
The images are fuzzy on the Scalable Slideshow
The Scalable Slideshow is only intended for those users with small monitors or with screen resolutions set to 800x600 or less. If you have a large monitor or a screen resolution of greatere then 800x600, the photos will be artificially enlarged and you will experience a loss of quality. It is recommended to use the standard slideshow unless you have a small screen.

I'm on AOL and the images are Fuzzy.
To get clearer photo images, go to your AOL tool bar, click My AOL and then choose Preferences, then WWW, then the tab that says Web Graphics. Then uncheck the box "Use Compressed Graphics." This will increase the quality of most web images by preventing the AOL browser from converting JPG files into AOL's Art files. Any images already viewed (temporary Internet files) will remain Art files until your temporary Internet files are "deleted." Also, to ensure that you are always getting the latest updated web pages, under the GENERAL tab, go to the section addressing Temporary Internet Files and click on SETTINGS. Then choose the option "Check for new versions of the page every time you visit the page." This will greatly enhance your visits.
